Warm Up
To warm up, start with dibbling up and down the court at a jog with two balls. Dribble one ball in you left and one in your right hand. Dribble down the court alternating dribbles and then come back down dribbling the balls at the same time.
Dribble series
Start on the baseline and take about 2 to 3 dribbles in a 45 degree angle and then use your cross over dribble to change directions. Then take 2 to 3 dribbles the other direction and cross over again. Do this all the way down the court and back.
Do the same thing again but now with a crossover between the legs dribble, behind the back dribble, and speed Dribble. When doing speed dribble try to make it down the court in only 4 dribbles. If you are really good you can make it down in only 3 dribbles. Now after you have mastered this with one ball, now try to do it with two balls.

Dribble series
