Ball Handling
Beginner

Warm Up
To warm up, start with dibbling up and down the court at a jog. Dribble the length of the court with your right hand and then come back down with your left. Do this a couple of times.
Dribble series
Start on the baseline and take about 2 to 3 dribbles in a 45 degree angle and then use your cross over dribble to change directions. Then take 2 to 3 dribbles the other direction and cross over again. Do this all the way down the court and back.
Do the same thing again but now with a crossover between the legs dribble, behind the back dribble, and speed Dribble. When doing speed dribble try to make it down the court in only 4 dribbles. If you are really good you can make it down in only 3 dribbles.
